Thanks for sharing that, Br, it sounds nice. That would be a perfect lunch. Dd and I have decided that we'd add tomato, and leave out the parsley and honey, though. I am incapable of following a recipe. elisa

Ahh..ok....just did a google search......we call them red peppers or sweet peppers or bell peppers.
The rocket leaves we call arugula.

Lol, I forget that these things have different names.
I'm glad you posted your search results, though, Linda, because I've seen "arugula" in recipes and wondered what it was.
