I think it was Erma Bombeck who said that anything consumed while standing up has no calories in it.
If that were the case, I'd be very slim indeed. ;D
This week's attempt at being more thoughtful about what I'm eating involves sitting. No grabbing handfuls of this or that while doing other things. It's too easy to get to the end of the day and realise that I've managed to ingest good meals, healthy snacks....and fifty things I didn't even realise that I was eating.

I like her way of thinking.... ;D
I agree though....it's the handfuls of things that add up. I think sitting down to eat, is also healthier.
