Thought I'd take/share a couple of pics of my organized (to me) chocolate supplies ;D
This closet holds my extra rolls of coloured foil, small squares of coloured foil, sales books, business cards, labels, extra sucker sticks, extra ribbon, paper truffle cups. Underneath the bottom shelf (it isn't shown), are two large rubber maid containers full of chocolate molds.
This one has all the bags (and some boxes) I'm currently using. The top shelf has a tray of cone bags.
In the pink and blue baskets are different sized bags (sucker size up to 6 lb). They are organized by size so it's easy to grab the basket that contain the size of bags I currently need.
The pink basket on the left has misc. shaped boxes/other packaging material.
One of the baskets...each design of bag is in a clear bag and standing on it's side. That way, I can see all the available designs at a glance, choose which one I want and pull one bag out without disrupting them all.
My ribbon tie-ing centre. ;D
After I choose the bag and put the chocolate in, I bring the bags here. I can then choose a colour of ribbon to match the bag. I grab an end, unroll a piece and snip it off. I have another rod full of colours to go up here (you can see a bit of it standing up to the right but can see more of it in the second pic to the left hand side).
Don't mind the clutter on the table...it's still a work in progress and all of that will be gone.)
My new shelves. In the two baskets are extra bags. The second shelf has glass jars of various shapes with extra small - medium sized bows. The bottom shelf has large bows.
Just a shot taken from the living room level. I wanted the taller shelf as that area is quite high and would have accommodated it well....but....the van wouldn't....so I had to stay with the shorter shelf. ;D
That concludes my tour.... ;D
