Time to do the shopping list, which means thinking at least a little about planning. I was hunting around for some inspiration, and searched for "what is your weekly shopping list". Amongst the results were vegan shopping lists, sites with too many pop ups, shopping lists from those who eat paleolithic style...and one gem. It's from a UK government site, and has lunch and dinner menus and recipes to ensure one eats their 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.
